Marbella itself has much to offer, its pretty, flower-filled streets lined with luxury labels, boutique shops and late night restaurants and bars, and you’ll find charming examples of classic Andalusian architecture in the old town. There are several other small mountain pueblos worth a visit such as the whitewashed labyrinth of Mijas Pueblo, and nature lovers can climb the Caminato del Rey where you’ll find stunning trails winding up through the mountains to breathtaking views.
