Situated 200 metres from London’s bustling Paddington Station, the hotel is perfectly situated for exploring West London, or perhaps as an indulgent overnight stop before heading to Heathrow Airport on the equally convenient Heathrow Express. Though deep in the city, Paddington is deceptively green, and the northern boundary of Hyde Park is just a 15-minute walk away: start with the Italian Gardens and work your way south to the Serpentine and the various monuments and memorials.
A variety of tube stations and train links mean it’s easy to get into the city by public transport. Hop on a train and head east to explore the West End’s theatres, the leafy expanses of London’s parks and the fabulous shopping on the King’s Road.
