The spa focuses on physical and mental balance and can provide entire wellness programmes for those who are so inclined.
-
Charming interiors and welcoming facilities: Chateau Monty dates back to 1901, and boasts a lovely restaurant serving international specialities and Czech gastronomy. Meanwhile, the lobby cafe and bar are the ideal spot for a post-dinner drink, or a post-spa tea or coffee.
How to get there
The hotel is equidistant between Nuremberg and Prague airports, both roughly two hours away. The best way to get there is to hire a car.

Please also be sure to check the validity of your passport and allow up to 10 weeks for passport renewals.
Mariánské Lázně
Chateau Monty is located in Mariánské Lázně, a classic spa town with beautiful buildings to discover, in western Czechia. It has a rich heritage of past visitors, including Goethe, Thomas Edison, Britain's King Edward VII and even Mark Twain, who all came to enjoy the healing properties of the thermal springs. Evenings here are rather quiet, in keeping with its quaint nature and emphasis on relaxation - but that means there's ample time to try the many eateries around the area, and gorge on the best local delicacies.
