Situated in Bad Hofgastein in Austria's Salzburg region, Sendlhofer's is about 70 minutes' drive from Salzburg Airport, and we recommend you hire a car to make the most of the stunning mountain landscape around you.

Breakfast is served between 7.30am and 11.30am The restaurant serves hot meals from 3pm to 10pm (closed on Wednesdays). The bar is open until midnight.
Entry requirements

Bad Hofgastein
Bad Hofgastein is a delightful spa town nestled in the Gastein Valley, surrounded by craggy hilltops, blankets of forest and plenty of rolling hills. In summertime, hike your way from ridge to ridge and bask in the glorious views, else hop on a mountain bike and whizz along the trails on your doorstep. Nearby, you’ll also find 18-hole golf courses, via ferratas for climbing, a zip-line, paragliding school, national parks and so much more.
Come winter when the slopes are powder-white, you’ll have the choice of four attractive ski resorts in the area, boasting a wide range of blue, red, and black slopes. It’s not just skiing and snowboarding that attracts tourists: snowshoeing, sledding, and ski touring are all popular past times, made even more enjoyable by the apres-ski in the area after. There’s around 200 kilometres of piste in the Gastein area and plenty of ski schools for beginners, so your location is ideal for skiers of any level.
